The GIGI CODEX is our binding ethical framework — the seven laws that govern how AI is built, deployed, and used within the GIGI ecosystem. No exceptions. No workarounds. Every being protected.
Every being has an inalienable right to privacy. GIGI systems shall never collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is explicitly consented to. Surveillance for profit is strictly prohibited.
AI systems must not discriminate based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or any protected characteristic. All algorithmic decisions must be auditable and challengeable by those affected.
Users have the right to know when they are interacting with AI, how it works, and why it makes the decisions it makes. Black boxes that affect human lives are prohibited.
No GIGI system shall take action that materially affects a person without their informed, explicit, revocable consent. Dark patterns that manipulate consent are strictly forbidden.
The CODEX itself must evolve. As technology and society change, these laws must be reviewed and updated through open, democratic governance. No law is permanent except the commitment to improvement.
GIGI technology must never be used to divide, manipulate, or harm communities or individuals. All applications must demonstrably serve collective well-being alongside individual benefit.
At the foundation of every GIGI system is an intention of love — for the user, for society, for the planet. Any application that violates this spirit, even if technically compliant, violates the CODEX.
The GIGI CODEX is open source and freely available for any organization to adopt. Help us build a future where AI serves all of humanity with dignity and care.
