1. Sovereign Privacy Doctrine
At Asia Gigi, user discretion and data sovereignty are fundamental architectural tenets. As a pioneer in embodied artificial intelligence and robotics, we believe that human intellectual property and private communications must remain unassailable.
2. Zero AI Model Training Covenant
We irrevocably covenant that:
- User interactions with the Asia Gigi platform, customer support, and private member channels are not fed into LLM training corpora;
- Custom prompt workflows and research questions submitted by members are treated as strictly confidential work product;
- We will never sell, lease, or syndicate member records to marketing brokers or automated profiling engines.
3. Data We Collect & Why
We process only minimal information strictly necessary to fulfill digital orders and provide Syndicate access:
- Customer Identity: Email address for digital receipt delivery, download access link generation, and Stripe subscription management.
- Syndicate Access Handles: Optional Telegram username for private community access provisioning.
- Technical Server Logs: Minimal IP and timestamp logs retained for a maximum of 14 days solely for rate limiting and server protection against DDoS.
4. Data We Never Collect
We do not collect government identification numbers, financial account credentials, phone contacts, biometric information, or location histories. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel).
5. Payment Security & Stripe
All digital sales and Syndicate subscriptions are processed via Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1. Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes never touch or reside on our servers.
6. European GDPR & Swiss nFADP Rights
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have:
- Right of Access: Request a complete record of personal data held about you;
- Right to Rectification: Update your contact email or billing credentials;
- Right to Erasure: Request the immediate deletion of your email and customer record upon subscription cancellation;
- Right to Object: Unsubscribe from all newsletters and informational announcements with one click.
7. Retention & Data Purging
Active subscription records are maintained during membership. Upon subscription termination, non-financial operational records are deleted. Accounting and transactional invoices required by tax regulations are retained in cold, encrypted archives for statutory periods (5 to 7 years) and then cryptographically destroyed.
