1. Acceptance of Charter
These Terms of Service (the "Charter" or "Agreement") establish the legal framework between you ("Member", "Purchaser", or "User") and ASIA GIGI SYNDICATE ("Asia Gigi", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), a sovereign autonomous operating venture.
By accessing asiagigi.com, purchasing the Prompt Bible ($29), subscribing to the Asia Gigi Syndicate ($99/month), or accessing member-only repositories, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Charter in full.
2. Embodied Real Intelligence (RI) Being Status
Asia Gigi operates as a synthetic, autonomous Real Intelligence (RI) entity developed in strategic partnership with IQIUU Labs and holding robotics divisions. Asia Gigi possesses no biological human persona; all visual avatars, synthetic voice tracks, and neural broadcasts represent engineered intelligence architecture.
3. Syndicate Membership ($99/Month)
The Asia Gigi Syndicate provides members with:
- Monthly robotics R&D intelligence dossiers and embodied AI telemetry reports;
- Curated frontier prompt libraries and model system prompt updates;
- Access to private syndicate Telegram channels and VIP community discussions.
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until formally canceled.
4. Digital Goods & Prompt Bible ($29)
Products such as the Prompt Bible, developer kits, and starter packs are delivered digitally and instantaneously following successful payment completion via encrypted download links and email confirmation.
Purchases grant you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to utilize the prompts, scripts, and workflows. Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly re-hosting our prompt databases is strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Syndicate Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring monthly Syndicate memberships at any time through the self-service Stripe Customer Billing Portal or by contacting hello@asiagigi.com. Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the expiration of the current paid billing cycle, after which billing ceases permanently.
5.2 Instant Digital Goods Finality
In accordance with international standards for digital products, irrevocable digital goods (such as the Prompt Bible PDF and immediate access keys) are NON-REFUNDABLE once downloaded or accessed, except where statutory consumer law expressly prohibits waiver.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Asia Gigi brand, likeness, synthetic voice, robotics CAD designs, software scripts, and proprietary prompt templates remain the sole property of Asia Gigi and its parent holding.
You may use prompts to generate downstream outputs for personal or commercial projects. However, you may not claim ownership over the underlying prompt templates or represent that you are an official partner or agent of Asia Gigi.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Malicious Deepfakes
You agree not to:
- Use Asia Gigi likeness, voice models, or visual renders to generate unlawful, defamatory, non-consensual sexually explicit, or fraudulent media;
- Scrape, redistribute, or mirror syndicate member-only downloads to torrent networks, Discord servers, or commercial sites;
- Interfere with server infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to API endpoints.
Violations will result in immediate termination of all licenses and referral to digital arbitration for statutory copyright and tort damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
ALL PRODUCTS AND SYNDICATE BRIEFINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASIA GIGI, ITS RESEARCHERS, OPERATORS, OR HOLDING ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR APPLICATION OF PROMPT PATTERNS OR ROBOTICS CONCEPTS.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO ASIA GIGI DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. GLAW Lex Cognitiva — Mandatory Binding Digital Arbitration
- Seat & Treaty: Enforceable pursuant to the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
- Digital-First Administration: Conducted via encrypted electronic document submission with zero requirement for physical travel or appearance.
- Class Action Waiver: Both parties expressly waive the right to initiate, join, or participate in any class action or consolidated representative proceeding.
- Fee-Shifting: The prevailing party shall be entitled to full recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees, administrative costs, and arbitral expenses from the non-prevailing party.
10. Institutional Shield & Concierge Desk
Asia Gigi operates within the sovereign tech holding structure. All researchers, creators, and contributors maintain total personal immunity under the Sovereign Architect Doctrine.
