By accessing or using asiagigi.com and purchasing products from Asia Gigi ("Beyond ASI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Delivery

All products sold on asiagigi.com are digital goods, including but not limited to AI prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and toolkits. Products are priced between $27 and $997 USD.

• Instant delivery — after a successful payment, you will receive an access link immediately on the confirmation page and via email.
• No physical goods — we do not ship any physical products. All items are delivered digitally.
• Access keys — each purchase generates a unique access key that grants you access to your product content.

2. Access Keys and Validity

Upon purchase, you receive a unique access key linked to your product. This key is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After expiration, access to the product content may no longer be available through the original link.

3. License and Usage

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal use license. This means:

• You may — use the product content for your own personal or business purposes.
• You may — modify, adapt, and build upon the content for your own use.
• You may not — redistribute, resell, share, or make the product content available to others, whether for free or for a fee.
• You may not — claim the product content as your own original creation for the purpose of resale.
• You may not — share your access key or download link with others.

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your access without refund.

4. Refund Policy

To request a refund, email us at hello@asiagigi.com with your purchase email and the product name. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days via Stripe back to your original payment method.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in USD. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality, actionable content, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific results, outcomes, or revenue from using our products.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content as AI and technology evolve rapidly.
• Compatibility with every possible use case or business model.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asia Gigi and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our products.
• Any decisions or actions taken based on our product content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on asiagigi.com, including product content, website design, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Asia Gigi (Beyond ASI) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The purchase of a product grants you a license to use the content, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

9. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys and download links. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your access credentials. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we may notify customers via email.

11. Governing Law
